THE film Wild Goose Lodge has won Best Film Award at the Feature Film Award at the Australia Independent Film Festival in Brisbane.

This is another accolade for the film which tells the story of the events surrounding the burning of Wild Goose Lodge at Reaghstown 200 years ago, was screened alongside independent films from around the world.

Last year it was nameds the Best Feature Film at the inaugural Cardiff International Film Festival in Wales.
