NO INSURANCE FINE

Ghulam Gous (27), Apt 17, Block B, Táin Court, Bridge Street, has been fined €100 for driving without insurance at Priorland Gardens, Dublin Road on 21 April last.

The defendant was stopped at a checkpoint and at the time was unaccompanied by a qualified driver.

There are no previous convictions.

Other charges were taken into consideration.
