Ladies fan­tas­tic year was high of Geraldines year

It was a sea­son of highs and lows for the Geraldines, sec­re­tary, Paula Hand re­ported at the club agm.

How­ever, with a new de­vel­op­ment struc­ture and new com­mit­tees she is con­fi­dent the club’s fu­ture is in safe and se­cure hands, due to the tremen­dous work the man­agers, men­tors and com­mit­tee put in at all lev­els.

One of the big highs was an­other fan­tas­tic year by the ladies, win­ning all but two matches in the league and cham­pi­onship, as they cap­tured their first ever Se­nior League ti­tle, beat­ing The sec­re­tary thanked Ea­mon McEneaney for help­ing man­ager Wayne Cal­lan and the team in the two rel­e­ga­tion matches.

She thanked Wayne for his com­mit­ment this year, and wel­comed on board Ea­mon Dunne as man­ager for the 2019 sea­son. Ea­mon is a for­mer player and has ex­pe­ri­ence play­ing and manag­ing at in­ter-county level.
