Cake Sale

The tra­di­tional Christ­mas cake and fair run by the Par­ents Com­mit­tee of Saint Fursey’s School is ar­ranged to take place again on Sun­day, De­cem­ber 9.

As usual it will be staged in the car park of Saint Fursey’s Church to co­in­cide with the se­nior in­fants in the school per­form­ing the Na­tiv­ity play at Mass in the church that morn­ing.

The pro­ceeds of the cake sale are ear­marked by the Com­mit­tee to de­fray the cost of procur­ing a set of Chrome books for a full class in the school.

The books can be utilised by all of the classes at dif­fer­ent times.

The Par­ents Com­mit­tee ran a Hal­loween disco for the pupils, and other fund rais­ing projects they will un­der­take to meet the cost in­clude non-uni­form days in the school.
