ASSAULT CASE ADJOURNED

A 28-year-old man accused of assaulting a female has had his case adjourned to 8 January next.

The offence is alleged to have taken place at Sutton House, Seatown Place, on 21 November, 2018.

Christopher McCabe, 2 Sutton House, Seatown Place, is also charged with engaging in threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour at Sutton Court on 4 November and the same alleged offence at Sutton House on 16 November.
