Plans for student accommodation

AN application by Niall Clarke Oils for change of use from commercial storage to student accommodation, comprising five bedrooms with communal kitchen / living area, for part of the first floor at the Topaz Service Station, Dublin Rd, have been lodged with Louth County Council. A decision is due on the application, which also provides for a new external access to first floor area and Associated site development works, on February 2.
