Granted bail

CHRISTOPHER Kerr has been granted bail after appearing before the district court.

The defendant, aged 26 and of no fixed abode in Dundalk, is charged with stealing three Bakewell Slices at Maxol filling station, Avenue Road, on 20 December last. He was remanded on his own bail of € 100 to 23 January.
