A bench warrant has been issued for the arrest of a Dublin resident after he failed to appear before Judge Coughlan.

Glen Kavanagh (43), Flat 3, 65 Ballybough Road, Dublin 1, is charged with making off without payment at Applegeen service station M1 Southbound on 21 October, 2017.
