Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament takes place each Friday from 6.30p.m.-7.30p.m. Please pray for Margaret Brady, Donaghmore, Olive Reid, Avenue Road, Dundalk, who died recently. Baptisms take place every second Sunday of the month at 10.00am mass. Confession will take place after 6.00p.m Mass on Saturdays and before Mass on First Fridays. The Church Choir is looking for more members so please contact Fidelma Bellew or the priests. Best wishes to parishioners who are hospitalised or unwell at home presently. The Baptism Team meet in the Parochial House, Knockbridge this evening Tuesday, January 15, 7.00pm. The Finance Committee meet on Wednesday night January 23, at 8.30pm in the at Parochial House, Knockbridge. Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament takes place in the Church each Friday evening from 6.00pm to 7.00pm. The Combined Parish Pastoral Council will meet on Wednesday, January 16, at 8.00pm in the Parochial House, Knockbridge. Confirmation takes place on Friday, February15, at 11.00am. BOWLS
Bowls continue in the Community Centre from 7.45pm each Wednesday night. New members welcome.
BADMINTON
Badminton for adults in the Community Centre on Monday nights from 8.00pm to 10.00pm. All over 18 welcome.
EMMETS GFC
The GAA National Club Draw tickets are on sale. Prizes include holidays, car, All Ireland Final tickets, vouchers. All proceeds from sales go to club funds. Tickets on sale from any committee member priced €10. Membership fees for 2019 are now due and can be submitted at a registration night in the Community Centre on Friday, January 25, from 7.30pm. Good wishes to Owenie Bellew who is recovering from an operation. Condolences to Robbie Ashfield and family, Inniskeen on the death of his wife Christine who was laid to rest on Sunday last. Robbie was a selector and trainer with our senior team some years back.

This organisation is looking for new volunteers who will be Parish Ambassadors in the Armagh Diocese to help raise awareness of the challenges facing the world’s poorest communities and the difference been made by support from Ireland. If you are interested please email volunteering@trocaire. org

LOURDES COMMITTEE
Anyone interested in travelling to Lourdes on the Armagh Diocesan Pilgrimage from May 16 to May 21, 2019, are reminded that we are already making travel plans so please get in touch with any Committee member. This year we are in a position to assist with the costs involved and are offering 2 fully paid fares to anyone who is or has been ill.
