DISORDERLY CONDUCT
A 36-year-old man who pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and being intoxicated in a public place, has had them struck out.
That order was made after Flavius Costel Nistorica, 42 Woodvale, Carrickmacross made a €300 donation to charity.
The offences occurred in Park Street, Dundalk on 3 February, 2018.
