ARSON ACCUSED FOR TRIAL

A 33-year-old man accused of arson has been returned for trial to the circuit criminal court on 12 February next.

A book of evidence was served on Shane McKenny, 6 Tower View, Tinure, Dunleer. He was granted legal aid for a solicitor, barrister and senior counsel.

He is charged with committing arson on 9 December, 2017, to wit damaging by fire 61 Drive One, Muirhevnamór.
