CHARGES STRUCKOUT

Patrick Cluskey (65), 405 Beechmount Drive, Cox’s Demesne, has had two public order charges struck out after paying €300 to charity.

He previously admitted engaging in threatening, abusive and insulting behaviour and being intoxicated in a public place at The Northend Bar, Bridge Street on 2 October last.

Legal aid was granted.
