Over the last two weekends Cooley Kickhams played against Seneschalstown and Walterstown in the Cross County League. The Under 13s had two wins beating Seneschalstown 4:6 to 2:6 and Walterstown 5:11 to 1:3 and the under 15’s beat Seneschalstown 2:12 to 3:8 and were beaten by Walterstown 2:9 to 4:7.

THE registration night for underage players is scheduled for Thursday fortnight, February 28. But before then the nursery recommences, the first get-together taking place at the DkIT on Saturday next. It’s for boys and girls between 4 and 6 years of age, and goes on for an hour, 5 to 6. Parents are asked to take their children along; registration or booking not necessary.
The lotto jackpot is at €16,200. This week’s draw takes place tonight in the clubrooms, and anyone wishing to play can buy a ticket in Grant’s Newsagent, Dublin Street, or from any committee member. Also available online. They cost €2 each or three for €5.

Well Done to both our U13 and U15 teams on beating Senchalstown yesterday. U15s had a tight win in a very open and competitive match 2-12 to 3-8. The U13’s won by 2goals on a score line of 4-6 to 2-6.
The senior team are looking for a Physio / Trainee Physio for the upcoming season. This position would be great experience for a newly qualified or final year physio. Please contact Roddy 0879330149for more information!
