‘Crane’ career reaches new heights

ON Saturday night last Armand ‘The Crane’ Herczeg from Dundalk’s Team Sanda MMA became the 66kg ISKA K-1 Kickboxing champion.

He defeated fan favourite Eoin Kelly from Warriors Muay Thai Gym in Dublin in a tense battle, showcasing unique Freestyle Siam Boxing technique and a champions heart. He is now the reigning ICO European Champion, Clan Wars K-1 Champion and ISKA Champion.

Armand trains under head coach Darren Sonik from Sanda MMA. They are based down in The Dundalk Combat Academy on Coes Road East.

Herczeg’s next adventure will be back in a cage as he hopes to continue his unbeaten start to his MMA career at Cage Legacy 11 in Dublin on Saturday March 23rd.

The future certainly looks bright for this SANDA MMA fighter as he rises to stardom.
