Dancing in the Community Centre this Sunday, February 24, with music by Johnny Mullen. Liam McLoughlin plays on March 3, Brian McDermott on March 10, Twice Shy on March 17, Checkers on March 24 and Curtis Magee on March 31. Dancing from 9.00pm to midnight.

LOURDES COMMITTEE

Kilkerley Lourdes committee held a Pop Up Shop last week in the Longwalk Shopping Centre as a fundraiser for our Youth who are travelling to Lourdes on the Armagh Diocesan Pilgrimage in May. It was a great success and thanks are due to the very many people who donated their unwanted items which of course we wanted very much. Thanks to McCabe’s Chemist who gave us a beautiful Hamper for the Raffle. Sincere thanks to the girls, their Parents, family members and friends who worked very hard organising, setting up and running the Shop for the week. There were sore feet and tired bones by the time the final clean-up was done on Saturday afternoon but also a feeling of great satisfaction on a job well done. The draw for 3 Hampers took place at lunchtime on Saturday and the winners were: Briege McKevitt, Faughart; Rose Casey, 45 Fatima Park and Breda McCabe, 44 Marian Park. Thanks to all who supported the Shop and the Raffle.
