Donegal Trip on St. Patrick’s Weekend

This year’s St. Patrick’s weekend trip from the Cooley Peninsula is to Donegal.

The travelling group will leave the area on Friday March 15 and spend the holiday weekend in the beautiful North West. Their destination is Gortahork, staying in the Ostan Lough Altan Hotel. This is a 39 en-suite bedroom hotel. It is named after Loch Altan, a lake situated at the foot of the northern slopes of nearby Mount Errigal and is in the heart of the Donegal Gaeltacht. The Wild Atlantic Way passes just outside the front door.
