Old Gaol gig

The Gaol Sessions at the Oriel Centre this Friday night feature Mohsen Amini on concertina and Benedict Morris on fiddle. The two Glasgow musicians are making names for themselves on the trad scene and are both recipients of BBC Radio Musician of the Year awards.

In the days prior to the concert, they will be in Dundalk to work with Nos Nua, the Louth youth orchestra. Mohsen Amini has been commissioned to compose a suite of music for Nos Nua. Tickets for the concert €10 seniors, € 5 juniors available at the door.
