Bought cart hat sameday

Lukas Aleksynas (21), 5 Brookwood Lawns, Red Barns Road, has been fined €200 for driving without insurance at Marshes Upper, Inner Relief Road, on 22 May, 2019.

The court heard he bought the car that day and had since got rid of it.

The defendant has no previous convictions, and earns €400 per-week.

Legal aid was granted.
