Chargedwith violent disorder

Jurijus Petrauskas (47), 75 Oaklawns, has been remanded on continuing bail to 18 March. He is accused of violent disorder at Cherryvale, Bay Estate, on 5 August, 2018.

The court heard the DPP has directed a trial indictment.

The case was put back for a book of evidence.
