IN November 2020, Gráinne Boylan, launched the Shapely Sock®.

Eileen’s journey to helping so many began in her long career in nursing. In 2015, Eileen took early retirement from her nursing career and followed a new career path into life coaching and psychotherapy.

After qualifying as a Life Coach with the Irish Life Coach Institute in 2015, Eileen founded her business, Saol Coaching. In November 2020, Eileen was awarded the ICF Coach of the year, a highly commended award to recognise her work in chronic pain. In 2020 Eileen graduated as a psychotherapist at PCI College in Dublin. She rebranded her business as ‘Eileen Hopkins, psychotherapy & Coaching services’, providing psychotherapy services and coaching to her many clients and training and inspirational speaking. Eileen is hugely passionate about emotional health, stress management and self-care.
