Kilkerley GFC clubhouse gets go-ahead

KILKERLEY Emmets GFC has received the go-ahead for developmen­t of its clubhouse at Donaghmore.

Louth County Council has granted permission for a two-storey extension incorporat­ing first floor balcony to south side of existing clubhouse, single storey main entrance porch extension to west side, new parapet wall around the perimeter, alteration­s to elevations and internal alteration­s.

Also, demolition of storage shed and footing at south side of carpark, demolition of shelter frame at north side of main pitch and all associated site works, as well as retention of an unauthoris­ed developmen­t consisting of a single storey exterior toilet building.

Meanwhile, Ann McCourt has received permission to demolish a fire damage house and decommissi­on septic tank, erect replacemen­t house, new wastewater treatment system and percolatio­n area and all associated site works, at Christians­town, Castlebell­ingham.

Mark and Pauline O’Rourke granted permission for the constructi­on of a single storey extension to the side and rear, with pitched roof including a canopy to the rear, a Velux rooflight to the existing roof, all drainage and associated site works, at Derrycamma­gh, Castlebell­ingham.

Petrogas Group Ltd granted permission for the change of use from retail use (9 sqm) to retail use with ancillary off licence use, at Dundalk Retail Park, Inner Relief Road, Marshes Upper, Dundalk.
