Kilkerley GFC clubhouse gets go-ahead
KILKERLEY Emmets GFC has received the go-ahead for development of its clubhouse at Donaghmore.
Louth County Council has granted permission for a two-storey extension incorporating first floor balcony to south side of existing clubhouse, single storey main entrance porch extension to west side, new parapet wall around the perimeter, alterations to elevations and internal alterations.
Also, demolition of storage shed and footing at south side of carpark, demolition of shelter frame at north side of main pitch and all associated site works, as well as retention of an unauthorised development consisting of a single storey exterior toilet building.
Meanwhile, Ann McCourt has received permission to demolish a fire damage house and decommission septic tank, erect replacement house, new wastewater treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works, at Christianstown, Castlebellingham.
