Several water outages across the region
Wednesday, February 17 saw water outages to Barry Place in Glanworth, also including parts of the village, Castletownroche Road and surrounding areas, due to a valve installation with works scheduled to take place until 4pm that day.
Ballyhooly was also impacted by water outages Wednesday as repairs to a burst water main caused supply disruptions in the area.
Disruptions to supply and water outages were seen in the Tallow Hill area of Tallow due to a burst main on Wednesday - with repairs carried out, water supply returned at about 9.20am that day.
Cloonlough, near Kildorrery, was affected by a planned ESB interruption on Wednesday between 10.13am and 5pm affecting 47 customers in the area, as essential improvement and maintenance works were carried out.
Tuesday last saw water outages in the O’Neill Crowley Place, Liam Lynch Park, Beechwood Grove, Cloonlough and Ballindangan Road areas of Mitchelstown due to essential works.
On the same day, Renny Lower and Kilcummer in Ballyhooly and surrounding areas saw water outages as repairs to a burst main were carried out, with supply returning at around 4.30pm that day,
While a burst water main on Monday last affected water supply to Labbacallee and Glanworth, with traffic disruptions occurring as repair works were carried out.
Monday, February 15 water outages occurred in Cappoquin due to a burst main affecting the Shanbally area and surrounds.
PLANNED OUTAGE
The Glenduff area is to see a planned power outage on February 25 between 10.30am and 5pm, which may cause disruptions to residents and surrounding areas.
