Virtual AGM update

-

Our first ever virtual AGM took place on Saturday night via Microsoft Teams and it was great to see such a large turnout. Thanks to all who attended.

The following officers were elected on the night: Chairman: John Barry, Vice Chairman: Mike Leamy, Secretary: Shane Hannon, Assistant Secretary: Colin Keane, Treasurer: Eugene Flynn, Assistant Treasurers: Jamie Kearney and Shane Feeney PRO: David Flynn.

After serving as treasurer since 1994 Pad Flynn has stepped down from his role. Pad is an outstanding clubman and has kept the club finances on track for nearly three decades. Pad will still remain an integral part of our club and all in the club would like to sincerely thank him for his efforts down through the years.

Olive Feeney has also stepped down after nearly a decade as secretary of the club. Olive became the first female secretary of the club when she took on the role 9 years ago and has served the club diligently throughout her time in the role. Thanks to Olive for her tireless commitment to the club and we look forward to keeping her involved in the club going forward.
