Bally Bingo a huge success

We began our first ever Zoom bingo last Saturday evening from Ballyporeen. We were hoping to slowly get it up and running for the first night but we were amazed at eyes down time at 8 o’clock we had well over 400 books in play. An incredible start and we want to thank everyone who took part on the night.

The feedback we are getting is all positive with everyone saying it was a great family fun night and very enjoyable. We had players playing from twelve different counties and also as far away as Australia. Already the talk is we can’t wait for next Saturday.

Next Saturday there is a treat in store for everyone who Zooms us because Conor Sweeney (our very own football all star) will take over from our host Billy Macken to call the numbers for the last game. Not only that but Conor will be giving away 2 signed Tipperary Bloody Sunday jerseys. A real collector’s item surly. Conor has also agreed to stay on after the bingo to take some questions from any boys and girls or indeed adults on the night. We are very grateful to Conor for giving up his time to do this.
