STAY SAFE

As we enter another week in Covid-19 level 5 lockdown, it is a continued period of co-operation and well being in our community and just to say how fortunate we should be to live in Kilfinane. We look forward to the phased easing of some restrictions, limited sporting activity, extension of the 5km restriction, return of all school children in primary and post primary school daily we witness numerous interactions within the community but especially in our local business premises between staff and customers during these days and it reminded us all just how lucky we are to live in and be part of Kilfinane community where people look out for one another.

Everyone of us enjoy sport and other pastimes, we all miss them but at this time the most important thing is we all take care of ourselves, family and friends. Many people taking long walks in the fine weather in the lovely countryside locally, all of course adhering to guidelines issued in regard to Covid-19, we all hope it won’t be a long wait to get back to community once again.

We must not forget the local doctors, nurses, medical staff, pharmacists and staff for their continued efforts and support in the fight against Covid-19
