6TH CLASS CONVENT MITCHELSTOWN 1948

A reader has provided several names for the old photo of 6th class from the Convent in Mitchelstown 1948, which was published in TheAvondhu in February. Front row l-r: (2nd) Kathleen Finn (Demesne), 3rd Helen Quish, 4th Nellie Mackessy, 5th Breeda Barrett, 6th Esther Rea, 7th Betty O’Dwyer, 8th Mary O’Brien, 9th Lily O’Riordan (?); 2nd row: 4th Kate O’Donnell, 5th Teresa Moriarty; 3rd row: 5th Brenda Peters (?), 6th Nora Finn, 7th Sheila Hennessy, 8th Mary O’Sullivan (?) and 10th Peggy Tierney (?). Any further information on the missing names would be welcome.
