I hope everyone is in good spirits. The evenings are getting longer and summer is near. More importantl­y Covid cases are going down and vaccines are coming.

There is a bright future ahead. We have sacrificed so much but hopefully normality isn’t too far away. As always if there is anything we can do for you please contact us. We are here for you.

COMMUNITY SPRING CLEAN 2021

We have such a beautiful village and it is always important to keep it that way. So it was great to see the kids in particular who were out in numbers as part of the community spring clean.

To see the like of the abbey and the castle looking splendid is a joy. Well done to all, it really is greatly appreciate­d.

JUVENILE CLUB

The Glanworth Juvenile GAA Club are doing their annual sponsored walk this weekend. They are asking people to walk/run/cycle 5km over the weekend.
