Planning for new houses in Clondulane
A planning application for the development of six houses in Clondulane South has been submitted to Cork County Council, writes Katie Glavin.
The planning seeks the demolition of ruins of a house on the site in favour of the construction of six new houses. The proposed development consists of six two-storey houses, each of which will be three-bed semi-detached dwellings with a common vehicular entrance, green areas and a connection to all main services, along with associated site works.
Cork County Council are due to issue a decision on the proposed development on August 3, 2021.
