DAIRYGOLD RAISING AWARENESS

-

Wrapping it pink since 2015 in support of The Irish Cancer Society are John Fitzgerald with his son-in-law, Vincent Hennessy, and grandchildren Kate and Róisín Hennessy from Beechfield Farm in Dromahane, Mallow. The unique colour scheme seen across many Irish farms not only raises awareness for women to check themselves, but raises much needed funds for the Irish Cancer Society’s great work in improving the lives of anyone affected by cancer. Since it became a ‘Pink Partner’ in 2015, Dairygold has raised over €100,000 from Wrap It Pink and other various initiatives for the Irish Cancer Society, with monies raised going towards funding vital breast cancer research and also support for patients and their families. These supports include free transportation to attend chemotherapy appointments and Night Nurses providing end of life care to patients in their own homes. Support “Wrap it Pink” today at your local Dairygold Co-Op Superstores or online @ coopsuperstores.ie.
