Take care at the park

-

Preparatory work commenced last week on developments at O’Mahony Park. This consisted of a general clearing up on Monday evening and the contractors were on site later in the week to fell the mature boundary trees. The removal of the enclosure fence also commenced on this Monday. Every effort is being made to keep the pitch available for supervised training and matches but there may be some unintended interruption. Otherwise the park is closed to players and the general public.

Players and coaches are asked to be careful during the next six weeks, be aware and avoid any risks that may arise. The contractors will be off site during the Cúl Camp week.

With co-operation all round and some patience from the users this task will be completed in a matter of weeks and a transformed O’Mahony Park will be soon evident.
