Michael Kenneally RIP
It was with deep sadness that we learned of the passing of Michael Kenneally, The Rock Road last weekend. Michael passed away peacefully in Rathkeevan nursing home, Clonmel.
Our club would like to offer our deepest condolences to Michael’s wife Angela, his son Adrian and daughter Collette on their sad loss.
Michael was a great servant to our club over the years. He served a term as chairman and later he was honoured as he became president. Michael had a great knowledge of GAA and always loved to converse about games and how the club was progressing. He was very proud of his grandchildren Colin and Gavin who are very talented players indeed.
A quiet gentleman and hard-working farmer who always had time for a chat and it was a pleasure to be in his company as he recalled past games and players. Michael will be dearly missed around the parish and our thoughts and prayers are with his family at this sad time. May he rest in peace.
