Tough competitive encounter
JUNIOR FOOTBALL LEAGUE Glenville 1-11 Glanmire 1-11
After training by 1-6 to 1-1 after 15 mins Glenville did well to claw back into this game in what was a tough competitive encounter. We introduced a nice few young players who did very well and added energy to the side. Level at half-time we dominated the second half possession wise but failed to push on in the scoreboard and we had to rely on a last minute free to level the scores. Still a lot of positives and great to see the fresh blood added to the adult teams. With the championship just around the corner a good game to help with preparations.
The C team play Midleton this Thursday at 8pm in Midleton.
U17 FOOTBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
