Ladies prevail in epic battle

-

Our Revive Active team had a great 3-2 victory over near neighbours Kanturk on Sunday last. While the away games went against us it was the home matches that secured the tie with us winning all 3 matches with Sarah Coughlan and Melissa O’Sullivan going to the 21st hole. Nail biting stuff and best of luck in the next round.

Team: Anna Cotter, Aoibheann Daly, Rachel Kelleher, Claire Collins, Paula Walsh, Grace O’Driscoll, Claire Hamilton, Helen O’Keeffe, Sarah Coughlan and Melissa O’Sullivan.

JIMMY BRUEN SHIELD

Our Jimmy Bruen side lost out narrowly to Ballybunion on a 3-2 scoreline last Saturday.

Team: James O’Mahony, Seamus O’Mahony, John Boyle, Luke Ring, Eddie Roche, Pa Enright, Johnathon O’Callaghan, Sean Collins, Tom Cole and Eoin Kelleher.

DRIVE-IN

The captains’ and president’s drive-in is on Friday evening, July 2 at 17.30 followed by a fun scramble. Hope to see a big turnout for the lads and ladies after such a stop start year we are after.

CONDOLENCES

The club would like to sympathise with past captain Sean Collins and his extended family on the passing of his mother Eily. May she rest in peace.
