Macra highlights
This week as with many has been a quiet one for Seandún. This week we will look back at some of the highlights from the year that was. We started off the year as usual with our first competition - bowling. There were many teams took part. It was great to be able to meet people in person, finally socially distant but still together. It was competitive but fun at the same time. Glanmire proved to be victorious on the night and were due to represent us in Kildare but the competition had to be postponed.
In current news, Elaine Houlihan Munster VP and former Munster VP Sean Wallace are on their final two peaks in the 11 peaks challenge. This weekend they take on the penultimate peak Devil’s Bit at 11.30am on Saturday. Make sure to donate if you can to a great cause - the Air Ambulance. You can donate on Elaine Munster VPs online page. Best of luck to them as they gear up for the final peak on July 24th as they take on Carauntoohill. This will no doubt be a challenge but rewarding for those who complete it. Make sure to join them on the final two peaks if you’re around. You can also message the Seandún page for more info on either of the peaks. Stay tuned as we bring more highlights from our year next week.
Make sure to follow us online to keep up to date with all of our activities and events.
