BACK TO SWIMMING
During September and October, all of 1st to 6th class were delighted to get back in the pool for swimming lessons.
Although some pupils had not been able to go swimming since the lockdown, they all took to it like ducks to water. Each pupil was able to gain confidence and learn new swimming skills at their own pace. Water safety was incorporated at all levels also. At the end of the 7 weeks the pupils were awarded PAWS (Primary Aquatics Water Safety) certificates. Thanks to Gaile and all the instructors in Fermoy Swimming Pool and well done to all our swimmers!
