U21 footballers victorious

Galbally U21 footballers beat Mungret in the third round of the championship by 1-7 to 0-8.

The team was Peter Morrissey, Michael O’Dwyer, Ryan Tobin, Cathal O’Mahony, Eoin McGrath, Ciaran Sheehan, Brian Heavey, Dylan O’Shea (0-2), Robert Sampson, Josh Dineen (0-2), Eoin O’Mahony (1-0), James Cummins, Peter O’Dwyer, Calum Sheehan (Captain), Jordan Dineen (0-2). Subs: Owen O’Sullivan (0-1), Paddy Kennedy, Shane Hanrahan, Ciaran Beston, Joe Farrell.

They now play St Kierans in the county semi-final in St Patricks GAA Rhebogue on Friday night, December 3 at 8pm.
