LADIES REPORT

On Tuesday, 18th January the ladies played a 4 ball stroke competition. Before the game commenced a minutes silence was observed for Ashling Murphy. RIP. Each lady lit a candle and prayed. Ashling was a shining light. There was great playing and scoring on the day. Two players who are playing consistently well at the moment came out on top - Terry Cleary and Kathleen Grumbridge who were very deserving of their win. Congratulations and well done ladies. Upcoming events and competitions will be posted on the notice board on Wednesday, 26th Jan so do check it out. The club offers their deepest sympathy to Jimmy and Tilly Noonan and family on the sad passing of Jimmy’s mother Mary Noonan. May her soul rest in peace. Stay safe everyone.
