Upcoming season well accounted for

St Catherines Camogie Club are delighted to announce that all manager positions have been filled for the upcoming season. They are as follows; senior: Marie Clancy / Ann Galvin, junior B: Caoimhe Galvin, U18: Nuala Dunning, U16: Irene Kenneally/ Dave Wallace, U14: Dave O’Sullivan, U12: Ber McCormack, U10: Laurence O’Connor, U8: Ann Galvin, U6: Mark Pyne.

Our committee has new and re-joining members also. Marie Clancy remains president of the camogie club. Dave O’Sullivan was elected the chairman, with Ed Galvin stepping down after his three-year term. Congratula­tions Dave. Ed will now be vice chair. Margaret Fitzgerald remains secretary, Brigid Cotter is continuing as assistant secretary. Treasurer remains Marie Clancy. Jennifer Galvin was elected pro and Lorraine O’Sullivan is the assistant pro. Mike Dee is the incoming child welfare officer. Congratula­tions and thank you in advance to all officers.

Our season will commence in the coming weeks. Should your daughter be interested in joining our club, no matter what age, please contact us.

We are very proud of the five representa­tives Loreto Fermoy had from St Catherines Camogie Club in their Munster final win last Sunday. Sara Mai, Cliona, Chloe, Ally and Aideen all played their part in the victory.
