Ballygiblin abú in Croker
Best wishes to the players and backroom team of Ballygiblin hurlers who are enjoying hurling utopia currently. Next Saturday for all, it’s their inaugural step onto the hallowed turf of Croker in the national junior final, when they face the might of Mooncoin who arrive with an impressive Kilkenny pedigree and appeared already in a final against Mayfield in 2017.
Most of these Mitchelstown players have enjoyed Community Games involvement locally at the many sporting and cultural events on offer. It has been a start for quite a number aged 6-16.
