Annual general meeting

Grange Fermoy AC will hold its annual general meeting on Friday, March 4 at 7pm in the Fermoy Youth Centre. All club members are invited to attend. If you wish to include any queries in the agenda, please contact Eamonn on 0860375342. We especially invite all new members to attend.

COUCH TO 5K TRAINING PROGRAMME

We are very pleased to announce that we are starting a Couch to 5K programme which will be 10 week long and with 2 sessions a week. The programme will start on Monday, February 21 at 7pm at the Coláiste track and the second day will be on every Friday at 7pm also. It will only cost the annual registration to the club which is €35.
