Public consultation on Ballylanders development
A consultation is currently open with Limerick City & County Council, on a proposed development of nine houses in Church Glen in Ballylanders village.
The nine houses would be a mix of houses and duplex apartments, five houses and four duplexes.
The council has not carried out an Environmental Impact Assessment report as it “has determined that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment.”
Nevertheless, the plans are available for inspection online, or at Aras Mainchin Seoighe Area Office, Kilmallock, as well as the council offices in Dooradoyle, Co. Limerick.
Submissions can be made until 4pm on 21st March. The plans are available online at mypoint.limerick.ie
