Tidy Towns’ coffee morning fundraiser nearing

-

Fermoy Tidy Towns group are holding their first fundraising event in over two years when they hold a coffee morning in the Wagon Tavern on Saturday, February 26, from 10.30am until 1pm.

The group have done a lot of work in keeping Fermoy clean and tidy over the last number of years and to keep this work going, they badly need your support.

You can support the coffee morning firstly by turning up on the day or by donating items such as cakes, scones, apple tarts, etc. There will also be a draw on the day for some great prizes, so why not come along and support this worthy cause and help keep Fermoy looking beautiful!

The group are also looking for more volunteers to get involved in helping keep Fermoy in top shape. If you do not want to get involved in the Fermoy Tidy Towns group, you can still do your bit by keeping your own area clean and tidy and not leaving it up to someone else. Locals who do this are a great help to the group and help to lighten the workload.

For those who wish to get involved, please contact Noel McCarthy at (086) 3751736 or Paul Kavanagh on (086) 2620630.

If there are any businesses or individuals in Fermoy or surrounding areas that would like to support the group, you can do so by contacting Noel McCarthy or Paul Kavanagh on the aforementioned numbers.
