REBELS BOUNTY DRAW 2022 LAST CHANCE TO JOIN
Mitchelstown members had a nice bit of luck in 2021 with Colm Baker and Catherine O’Keeffe winning €250 which was followed by Killian Molan winning €20,000 in the September draw. Mitchelstown have been very lucky in the old draw and it looks like that luck is continuing. The draw itself has €500,000 in prizes over twelve draws with 360 prizes culminating in the final draw which has €100,000 first prize.

The draw entry will close on Tuesday, March 1st which means no person can enter the draw or join for a month to try and win the top December prize. The club are at present making every effort to contact all existing members to afford them the opportunity to renew.

Results - The draw took place in Walsh’s Yard Bar on Thursday Feb 10th. There was no jackpot winner, numbers drawn 15, 21, 27 and 28. CLUB MEMBERSHIP 2022
Club membership for the coming year is now due and is set at €50 for an adult and €20 for a student. It can be paid direct to any club officer, by EFT to IE38BOFI90294446339982 giving name for membership or by logging on to https://mitchelstowngaa.com. All fully paid-up members will then be put on a WhatsApp group which will give instant updates on all club activities for all age groups from adults down to the six-yearolds. A new life membership was introduced for 2022 at a cost of €1,000 which can be paid in full or two payments of €500 or by direct debit over ten or twenty months. 2022 LEAGUES WEEKEND MARCH 6TH
At the time of going to press it has been confirmed that the Cork County leagues will commence on week ending Sunday, March 6th with Castletownbere down as the opponents. The Avondhu Div Three football league will also commence the same weekend with Fri, Mar 4th v Kildorrery in Kildorrery at 7.30pm being confirmed.
PRESENTATION LIFE PRESIDENT JIM SKINNER
A presentation was made to Jim Skinner who was appointed life president of the club at the recent AGM by former chairman Michael Price and current Chairman John Walsh at his home on Saturday last. Jim has given a lifetime to Mitchelstown GAA both on and off the field. A presentation was also made to his wife Patricia by club Chairman John Walsh.
