Mark takes up new position

-

SCHOOL’S COACH

Both Ballyporeen and Skeheenarinky schools have secured the services of Mark Keane as their school’s coach in both football and hurling. We are very grateful to Mark for taking up this position and we are lucky to have such a talented player of both codes coaching the children in our schools. I’m sure all the children will look up to Mark and hopefully learn from the Cork star. Best of luck Mark.

BALLYBINGO

Ballybingo will be taking a break after this Saturday night. We have had a very successful run of twenty weeks and we are very grateful to all of you who supported us over that time

We will be on air again at 8pm and hopefully you can join us for our final night. Our snowball game this week is worth €600.

Ballybingo winners last week were: Game 1 - Becca O’Riordan, Clonmel; Amanda Tully, Surrey; Tom O’Gorman, Ballyporeen. Game 2 - Annette Meaney, Mike O’Brien and Tadgh O’Mahony, Ballyporeen.

Unfortunately we had some technical difficulties with our third game, so that will be played at the start of this week’s Ballybingo.

Spot prize winners were Chrissie Walsh, Ardfinnan; Manus Hacobian, Sligo and Annette Meaney, Ballyporeen.

Thanks to our sponsors for last week, O’Farrell Farms and Breda Kearney of the Doolis Bar.

LOTTO

Our lotto takes place this Sunday evening in Meaney’s Bar at 7.30. Jackpot €5,250.
