MUNSTER FINALISTS

The Munster Juvenile handball (40x20) finals were held in Kilworth on Friday, 18th February, where Conna Handball Club had three juveniles competing.

In U16 doubles, Diarmuid O’Connell and Cian Dunning (Cork) defeated Daithi Colleran and Darragh Buckley (Waterford) and now progress to the All-Ireland semi-final.

In U17 singles, Nathan Sheehan, Cork was runner-up, being defeated by Billy O’Connell, Waterford in the Munster final.

Congratulations also to Hugh Carolan representing Cork who defeated Shane Walsh from Clare in the Masters B singles Munster final in Cappagh on 16th February. Hugh now progresses to the All-Ireland series and we wish him the best of luck.
