Final two nights in Kilworth

After a very successful opening night, Kilworth Dramatic Society take to the stage again this Thursday night at 8pm with our second run of ‘The Quiet Moment’. This is our pre festival run and all support is greatly appreciated.

The cast have worked extremely hard over the last few weeks under the direction of Mick Twomey. We are on again tonight Thursday and Friday night 4th at 8pm.

Set in a nursing home, the play examines the relationships and memories in the Conway family as they come to terms with the father’s developing Alzheimer’s. It is a roller coaster journey of laughter and tears that will stay with the audience long after the final curtain. There is a four strong cast consisting of Patricia Coughlan, Maurice Carroll, Brian Carey and Dave Gill.

This is our circuit play and we are only on in Kilworth Community Hall (next to the church) for three nights. After a two year hiatus, we are looking forward to welcoming you all back and hope to see you Thursday and Friday night.
