Fantastic opportunity for students
M i t c h e l s t own Credit Union in association with CBS Secondary Mitchelstown, Coláiste Fionnchua and Presentation Convent Mitchelstown are delighted to announce that we will be hosting a Career Apprenticeships Night on Thursday March 10th.
The event is taking place in the Firgrove Hotel, Mitchelstown and will showcase a variety of exhibitors featuring some of Ireland’s biggest organisations, all of which will be available to answer individual queries.
The night will be headlined by keynote speaker Gillian Cannon, Apprenticeships Services Cork College of F.E.T., along with a range of speakers on various apprenticeship options available.
Speaking about the Apprenticeships night, Michael Coughlan, Chairman of Mitchelstown Credit Union said: “Mitchelstown Credit Union are delighted to be hosting this fantastic event.
With large employers such as Johnson & Johnson along with a range of local employers in attendance, it provides a fantastic opportunity for the 5th and 6th year students to learn about the exciting range of apprenticeship programmes available to them after they complete their secondary education.’’
With 62 apprenticeship programmes now available in Ireland ranging from engineering, agriculture, logistics etc, there has never been a better time for students to familiarise themselves with these apprenticeship opportunities.
Doors to the event open at 7pm on Thursday, March 10th.
