Glenbrohane Community - Climb for Charlie

Sliabh Padraig (Sliabh Riadh) climb for Charlie on Saturday, 2nd April from 6pm to 7.30pm from Glenbrohane Church car park, also a stroll around the Glen will take place at 7.30pm. Also last Sunday in conjunction with the Irish Red Cross a collection took place after Mass in Glenbrohane for the Ukraine crisis, a total of €816.15 was collected. Many thanks to all who supported this worthy cause. If anyone missed out another collection will take place next Sunday, 13th March after 10.30 Mass in the Glen.

PLANS FOR EASTER IN THE GLEN

On Easter Sunday night, April 17th the Community Association will hold a music night in Fogarty’s Bar and on Easter Monday, 18th April at 3pm a car treasure hunt will take place. Also leading up to Easter an Easter draw is organised, lines on cards will be sold at €2 each and the draw will take place after Easter for some lovely prizes.
