Bereavement

The club meeting was postponed on Monday night on account of the death of Moss Creed. Moss was an ever loyal servant of the club for many years who served in many positions. To his family we send our condolences. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam.

REBELS’ BOUNTY

Thanks to all who have supported the Rebels’ Bounty. We have surpassed last year’s membership and this will be a vital element for the running of the club which has now become a greater entity with the emergence of the one club initiative.

UPCOMING

There is an admins/coaches/mentors meeting Thursday 10th from 8.45 to 9.30pm in GAA hall to go through the age groups, agree return to training and address any questions. If there are people who are willing to help in any way, please encourage them to come along or contact me or Maria.

On Tuesday our junior football will have played Mitchelstown in Kildorrery. On Wednesday there will be a club development meeting at 7.30pm. The next phase following on from last week’s meeting with Pat Spratt and Kevin O’Callaghan will take place on Wednesday, 9th March at 7.30pm - all welcome. On Saturday, 12th March our junior hurling league commences versus Doneraile in Doneraile 4pm

BINGO

Bingo continues on a Friday night at 8pm. The bingo will revert to the hall shortly once the hall is deemed fit. KDY Home Bingo Books on sale in KDY Community Office, Post Office, Centra and Maxol Mitchelstown. This week’s snowball prize is €150. Many thanks for your support.
