Female mentoring initiative launched
The launch on Tuesday of the annual female mentoring initiative, by Digital Business Ireland, sees a call for applications from women working across digital, e-commerce and technology, who are on the cusp of taking the next step in their careers.
Mentoring is a crucial lever that women can activate, and this latest campaign is part of a number of activities being announced by the representative body around International Women’s Day - which includes a partnership with the female-led business membership organisation, Guaranteed Irish.
Following a judging process, the selected applicant will win four, one-to-one mentoring sessions with former Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, and qualified executive business coach and mentor, Mary Mitchell O’Connor.
Entries, which opened this week, will be accepted until 5pm on Friday, 8th April. The winner will be announced on Monday, 25th April.
